Scheduling and Appointment Service

Most gutter cleanings are performed within 1 – 4 business days starting the day after the order is received (note – internet orders are batched and processed the day after customer submission).  During our busy season (November, December and May and June), we make every attempt to service all customers in a prompt manner – usually within 1 – 7 days.  So, we may be at your home the day after we take your order but, it may also take a week in our busiest times.

Since gutter cleaning is a completely exterior service, their is no need for scheduled appointmensts.  Our business is completely area and route based, and therefore, the drivers determine the most efficient daily route possible. Since every home and every job is different, we never know how long a job will take, or how many homes a crew can clean in a day.  Therefore, we don’t make false promises or try to keep unrealistic time schedules.  Furthermore, in the busy world we all live in, we feel that it is to the customer’s advantage to have a service performed at their home without the customer (you) being obligated to stay home for a half or even a full day waiting for a service that may not show up (how many times has this happened to you?).  Upon requesting a gutter cleaning or any of our other services, we will automatically send you an email of your order summary. THIS IS YOUR CONFIRMATION, as no phone calls will be given.

None the less, for those customers who require and absolutely must have an appointment, we do offer two (2) solutions:

1) You may purchase a prepaid Platinum Service Contract. With the Platinum Service Contract, customers receive four (4) gutter cleanings per year on any date of the customer's choosing (must be pre-scheduled). Customers may choose mornings (7 am to 12 pm) or afternoons (12 pm to 4 pm).

2) Appointment Service - for an added charge of $49.95 to the regular gutter cleaning price, customers may select a date and time of their choosing (2 hour window - 7 am to 4 pm). The $49.95 fee must be prepaid and is non-refundable.

PEACE OF MIND - Every gutter cleaning carries a 30 day guarantee.  If you think something wasn’t done simply because you were not there to see it, just call our office to discuss the situation with one of our customer service representatives.

In the event you have certain concerns or special situations on or around your home, this can be conveyed to the customer service representative at the time you place your order.  You may also make special notes or related requests when completing your internet gutter cleaning order.
